The 2010 Independent Sector Annual Business Meeting took place October 21 in Atlanta.

The members elected seven new board members and re-elected three others. They also honored the seven directors who were concluding their terms of service. The 2011 officers were announced, and the membership approved changes to Article II and Section 7.04 of the by-laws.
